Oshi Pandey (Herself) is a product manager and strategist for AI products. She works out what a product should be, who it’s for and how it wins, and then helps build it, for AI companies across India, the Gulf and Europe.
She is easiest to understand through the things she cannot stop following: books, strange art, myth, games, internet rabbit holes, and the small systems people build to make sense of themselves. She trained in economics and public policy at FLAME University, though the real education happened in the wandering around it.
She is drawn to places where taste is the product: tools for reading, writing, curating and thinking. If you are building one of those, the stage door is open.

f. 1
Find the real problem
She begins before the brief is fully trustworthy: talking to stakeholders, mapping existing workflows, researching the market and finding the constraint underneath the requested feature.

Give the product a shape
She turns research into product theses, user journeys, priorities, positioning and buildable scopes.

Carry it across teams
She works between clients, designers and developers, documenting decisions, resolving ambiguity and keeping the system coherent from proposal to launch.

Make the argument legible
She cares about how an idea is explained as much as how it is built: the interface, narrative, documentation and small details that make people trust it.

I am easiest to understand through the things I cannot stop following: books, strange art, myth, games, internet rabbit holes, and the small systems people build to make sense of themselves. At FLAME University I studied economics and public policy, but the real education was the wandering around it — rural and urban planning, migration studies, literature, a sculpture course I took for no strategic reason at all, a dissertation on EU and Indian environmental policy, and an economic sociology paper on art markets mostly because I wanted an excuse to think seriously about art.
Since 2024 I've been at Enpointe, a product studio in Mumbai, where I kept getting handed bigger things. I joined to do market research. Then I product-managed and designed Meetmemo, an AI meeting note-taker used by enterprise teams. Then I led the digital overhaul of People Matters, Asia's largest HRTech media platform — a multi-domain CMS, four country websites, a CRM — managing a team of ten developers. Now I work on growth across the studio's AI products: positioning, proposals, and strategy for clients like Novo Cinemas and EMAAR.
Outside work, I read constantly and recommend the best of it in my newsletter, Theorianous. I vibe-code small projects when an idea won't leave me alone. I still make art sometimes, quietly. And I play — Stardew Valley when I want to build something gentle, World of Warcraft when I want to build something with thirty strangers.
I'm drawn to places where taste is the product — tools for reading, writing, curating, thinking. If you're building one of those, I'd like to hear from you: pandeyoshi17@gmail.com.
