01 Argust Tonomous × Enpointe Market scan & positioning · UAE · India Market scan & positioning Which market should computer vision on existing CCTV enter first? Retail and hospitality operations over surveillance; the Manyavar pilot; the GITEX Dubai 2024 story. UAE · India 2024
02 Nuvio Tonomous Competitive & automation briefing · UAE Competitive & automation briefing Who else can say what we say, and how long do we have? The guest-commerce operating system position, the Nuvio 2.0 deck system and the website. UAE 2026
03 Cinema Anywhere platform strategy Platform transformation research · Czech Republic Platform transformation research How does a simple pop-up screening service grow into a platform for the whole non-theatrical cinema market? Size the market (about US$5.6bn in 2024, projected near US$10.5bn by 2035), then sequence four phases — rebuild and onboarding, venue automation, an AI rights marketplace, programmatic ads on the screen network. Czech Republic 2025
04 Aitiger.ai generative video Investment thesis & market analysis Investment thesis & market analysis Is there room for an application-layer AI video tool between the model labs and well-funded incumbents like Runway? A narrow lane — narrative automation, story to a 2–5 minute film with consistent characters, for prosumer creators and training teams — weighed against incumbents moving into the same space, a name collision and model-sourcing risk. 2025
05 Meetmemo AI meeting assistant Pitch deck & market analysis Pitch deck & market analysis Where can a late entrant win in a crowded AI note-taker market? As a project-focused assistant rather than another transcriber — summaries, action points and project spaces that plug into the tools teams already use — sized against a market growing about 26% a year, with competitor analysis, SWOT and a balanced scorecard. 2025–26
06 Get Hayya going-out super app · GCC Investor deck & market research · GCC · Bahrain Investor deck & market research Is there room for a neutral “going-out” app in the GCC, the way BookMyShow and District grew in India? Yes, built in steps — cinema first, then several countries, then events, attractions and the whole night out — because the GCC's venues are built but booking is still split across chain apps, occupancy sits around 20–25%, and attractions carry higher ticket values. GCC · Bahrain 2026
07 Get Hayya Egypt Localised product overview · Egypt Localised product overview What changes when the same super app is pitched for Egypt? Lower ticket prices (around US$4), local wallets alongside cards, chain-owned cinema apps to aggregate across, and tourism attractions to cross-sell into. Egypt 2026
08 People Matters discovery Team-by-team workflow mapping · India Team-by-team workflow mapping How does work actually move through each team before anything gets rebuilt? Workflow notes and a business model canvas for each team — conferences, content partnerships, download campaigns, webinars — mapping the manual steps, IT dependencies and lead handoffs the new platform had to remove. India 2024
09 Youngun influencer marketing platform Competitive market research · India · global Competitive market research Where is the gap in influencer-marketing platforms, in India and abroad? Ten competitors mapped across discovery, brand fit, campaign management, analytics, seeding and pricing; the opening is measuring brand–creator fit and what a campaign actually did afterwards, with agencies already on rival tools as the fastest buyers. 11 Arzen Enpointe × Tonomous signage product Positioning & sales story · India · GCC Positioning & sales story How do you sell cloud digital signage to venues that already have screens and software? One cloud platform for every screen in a venue, driven by live data like showtimes, sell-outs and prices — argued against the licence-per-screen cost of legacy systems, told with the marketing or operations lead as the hero. India · GCC 2025–26
12 Enpointe AI company website Website & positioning Website & positioning How does an engineering studio sell AI to leaders who are drowning in vendor demos? Lead with the noise, not the technology — “the problem isn’t AI, it’s the noise around it” — then proof from systems already running, two clear ways forward (agentic AI and Noah), and a promise to say when AI is the wrong answer. visit the site ↗ 2026
13 brand film · first cut Assessment & offer film Assessment & offer film How do you tell the whole offer — the assessment, the agents and Noah — in under ninety seconds? Open on the problem — “most AI never leaves the pilot” — then three chapters over one slow horizon — a one-day intensive measured again at day thirty, agents that sense, decide and act, and Noah in plain English. 2026
14 Meetmemo for enterprise Enterprise deck Enterprise deck What does an enterprise buyer need to hear before rolling out an AI note-taker? 15 launch video Explainer storyboard, three versions Explainer storyboard, three versions How do you show “team memory” in one short video? 17 Tonomous guest commerce Positioning deck · UAE Positioning deck What is Tonomous, in one sentence a venue operator would repeat? “Guest commerce experiences, from friction to flow” — one engine joining ticketing, F&B, retail and venue operations, so technology disappears and every visitor spends less time booking and more time in the moment. UAE 2025
18 Tonomous Startup Qatar · GROW Investor pitch deck · Qatar Investor pitch deck What is the venture case for an operating system for venues, attractions and events? Mid-market operators are trapped between off-the-shelf AI and enterprise builds; one automation and orchestration layer, with AI added in tiers that are already live, turns operational friction into flow and cost into profit. Qatar 2026
19 Tonomous AI agentic solutions Executive overview Executive overview How does a board-level AI mandate become a first working system? Start with five plain questions — which use case first, what result justifies it, how it fits existing systems, where the data lives, who supports it — then an agent loop of sense, decide, act and escalate, mapped across 36 use cases in six sectors. 2026
20 Tonomous × Enpointe corporate collateral Corporate deck, company profile & capabilities Corporate deck, company profile & capabilities How do a UAE product company and its Mumbai engineering centre present one capability? One story told three ways — a company profile for quick proof, a long corporate deck of case studies, and an AI-consulting capabilities deck — all anchored in cinema, venue and attraction systems already running. 2025–26
21 Enpointe company & products Pitch deck, master deck & product oeuvre · India · GCC Pitch deck, master deck & product oeuvre How does a services studio show that it also builds products? Environmental Policy across the EU and India — a Trifocal Lens

dissertation · FSP

The question
Are the EU's and India's environmental policies converging — across sustainability reporting, urban development and renewable energy — and what can each learn from the other?
The argument
Convergence is real but bent by social, economic and cultural difference — the EU pairs territorial cohesion with democratisation, India gives its states flexibility but not its localities, and institutionalises without integrating policy.

The Economic Sociology of Art Markets

Economic Sociology · final paper

The question
Why does a Rothko sell for $186 million, when neither supply and demand nor labour theories of value can explain the price?
The argument
Because the price is made socially — through embedded markets, Bourdieu's forms of capital, conspicuous consumption and the auction catalogue's own estimates — so art markets need economic sociology, not economics alone.

Forced Evictions, Mining and a Dam inside Panna Tiger Reserve

Environmental Ethics & Justice · final paper

The question
Who pays when a tiger reserve, a mine and a river-linking dam all claim the same forest?
The argument
The Pardhi and other forest-dwelling communities, displaced in the name of conservation and development alike; moving rivers and tigers from “surplus” to “deficit” places is the same urge to control nature, and often the most just choice is to leave it alone.
